Meet Madi and Michelle
We’re both Registered Holistic Nutritionists—with Madi trained in Somatics and Michelle trained in Biblical Brain Science—and together, we offer a truly holistic approach to wellness: body, mind, and spirit.
But most importantly, we’re daughters of God and followers of Jesus Christ.
We’ve both pursued health without Him—and while it may have delivered temporary physical results, it left us feeling drained, unfulfilled, and constantly bouncing from one trend to the next. We were doing it in our own strength, chasing the world’s version of wellness—and it just didn’t last.
Everything shifted when we surrendered our health journey to Christ.
Now, we invite God into every part of the process. We use nutrition, somatics, and biblical brain science to heal from the inside out—addressing the root of the issue, not just the surface. When our health is led by the Holy Spirit, it becomes an act of worship, not willpower.
The result? More energy, emotional stability, renewed thought patterns, and confidence rooted in Christ—not culture.

Limiting beliefs are thoughts you’ve come to accept as true (often without realizing it), like:

Unconscious patterns are the automatic habits, reactions, or behaviors that stem from those beliefs—like stress-eating, skipping meals, or avoiding movement.

That’s why this program goes deeper than just food or fitness—we use mindset tools like Neurolinguistic programming, somatics, and biblical truth to gently uncover and replace those patterns so you can build lasting change with grace and confidence.
It begins October 14th and runs for 9 weeks. After our first 6 week cohort we wanted to add more value and support for a more sustainable transformation. Somatics is a body-based approach to healing that helps you connect with your physical sensations to regulate your nervous system and release stored tension or emotion. We use gentle movement, breathwork, and body awareness exercises grounded in biblical principles.
We recommend setting aside 1–2 hours weekly for videos or group calls and 10–20 minutes a day for reflection, journaling, movement, or prayer. You can always go at your own pace.
